I've been wanting to say for over a month now, that I've gotten a job with the EAS department at the U working on the foodscapes team as the undergrad research assistant. It's a really big deal, because I get to work on a funded research project and learn about how it all works. What we're researching is people's accessibility to healthy vs. fast food based on socioeconomic status. I get to represent the university at open houses in the community and work on a variety of things. I'll write more later as I learn more about it!
