Big News...
So...
We bought a condo!!! And we love it! We really really wanted this one, and we finally got it after some fighting with the unethical real estate agent. It was below or maximum price, something we didn't think would happen as our maximum price was 160,000 and in Edmonton's hot housing market almost nothing is around for that price. I think most people shyed away from it because it's in Clairview, but it's beautiful. Hardwood (techincally laminate) floors, 2 bedrooms, backs onto a ravine, 910 square feet. I'm so very excited! We take possession November 1, so those of you who are in the city mark your calendars! We're going to have a big party (of board game playing)!!!

Guess what? I've gone to the Dark side of the Mac...caved and bought a 20" iMac. Should be here in Bugtussle next week....then I'll be up and blogging for sure. :-)

Thats so cool. Do you feel all grown up? Clairview eh? I know that area quite well, thats where a majority of my family lives, you could be their neighbours! in fact i think you are!!! Is your condo on Hooke Rd.?
